Etru is a marketplace dedicated to crafts, art, and secondhand objects, offering a showcase for creators to sell their works while showcasing their expertise. Our concept is based on promoting unique, handmade items and more conscious consumption, where each piece tells a story and bears the imprint of its creator.

Can I visit a showroom or physical space linked to Etru?

No, Etru is a 100% online platform. Our goal is to make craftsmanship and creativity accessible to as many people as possible, without geographical barriers. However, we occasionally organize events, collaborations, and private sales, allowing you to discover our creators in person.

Why did you create this marketplace?

Etru was born from a simple observation: many talented creators lack the visibility and resources to effectively sell their work. We wanted to offer them a turnkey platform that allows them to focus on their passion while benefiting from a dedicated space and a qualified audience.

But beyond a simple Etru sales tool,

Fight against overconsumption – By promoting artisanal creations and second-hand objects, we offer an alternative to mass-produced and standardized products.

Why was the name "Etru" chosen?

The name Etru refers to the Etruscans, an ancient civilization known for his art, both refined and innovative for his time, but also for his lasting influence on Roman culture.

This choice symbolizes the uniqueness and strength of cohesion: just as the Etruscans contributed to shaping a civilization that marked history, Etru aims to be a project that brings about profound and lasting change in this world.

Yes, some designers share their manufacturing process through exclusive photos and videos. You can discover their work on our social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and on certain product pages.

Can colors and finishes vary from online photos?

As each piece is handmade, there may be slight variations in color, texture, or finish. This is part of the charm and uniqueness of the craftsmanship, ensuring that each creation is truly one-of-a-kind.

Are there any limited editions or special collections?

Yes, some designers offer limited or numbered collections, adding an even more exclusive dimension to their works. These pieces are listed on the platform and accompanied, if applicable, by a certificate of authenticity.

Are the products actually handmade or is there some industrial manufacturing involved?

All products sold on our marketplace are 100% handmade, without any industrial manufacturing processes. Each piece is created with passion, respecting traditional and contemporary artisanal techniques. We rigorously select our exhibitors to guarantee this authenticity.

Vos données sont traitées avec la plus grande rigueur, conformément aux réglementations européennes (RGPD). Elles ne sont jamais revendues, partagées ou utilisées à des fins non nécessaires. Chez Etru, la confidentialité est une promesse autant qu’un principe éthique.

Order and Delivery

What are the processing and delivery times for an order?

Each order is prepared and shipped directly by the designer, within an average of 2 to 5 working days (variable depending on the nature of the creation).

Delivery times then depend on the chosen carrier and your place of residence, generally between 2 and 7 working days in France.

How can I track the progress of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to track your package in real time.

You can also access this tracking via your customer area > My Orders. If you do not receive a link, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Yes, as long as the order has not yet been shipped , it is possible to change the delivery address.

Please contact us as soon as possible by email, specifying your order number and the new address.

Once the shipment is confirmed, we will no longer be able to change the address.

What should I do if I haven't received my order or it's late?

If your order is late or marked as delivered but you have not received it:

✔ Check the tracking link for delivery status.
✔ Check with your neighbors or your usual collection point.
✔ If no solution is found, contact us quickly.

Our team will work with the creator or carrier to find a solution as quickly as possible.

Returns and Refunds

What is the deadline for requesting a return or refund?

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or refund (excluding ineligible items). For damaged or non-compliant items, the claim must be made within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos.

What if the item received is damaged or does not match the description?

In this case, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, by sending an email to our customer service.

Please attach:

✔ Clear photos of the affected item, clearly showing the defect or damage
✔ A photo of the outer packaging (if it is damaged)
✔ Your order number and a precise description of the problem

After checking your request, if the problem is proven, we will offer you:

– A full refund, or, in certain cases, a return at our expense.

Please note : Any request made after 48 hours or without full supporting documents may be refused.

Are all products eligible for return?

No. Returns are only possible for standard (non-personalized) items, and under certain conditions:

✔ The item must be in its original condition, unused and returned in its original packaging
✔ Return must be requested within 14 days of receipt

Exceptions – Not eligible for return and refund:

– Personalized or custom creations
– Limited edition works, if this is specified in the product sheet
– Items damaged by the buyer or poorly packaged upon return

These conditions are clearly indicated on each product sheet to avoid any confusion.

If I ordered multiple items, can I return only part of my order?

Yes, you can return one or more items, even if your order includes multiple products from different designers.

✔ Each item can be returned independently, provided it meets the return conditions specified above.
✔ Please note that return costs are your responsibility, except in the event of a defect or error validated by our team.
✔ You will need to return each item to the relevant designer's address (returns are not centralized). The information will be provided to you when your request is validated.

How should I package my return to avoid damage?

The item must be returned in its original, clean and unused condition, accompanied by all the elements received (packaging, labels, certificate, instructions if applicable).

Packaging conditions to be respected:

✔ Use the original packaging if possible, or packaging of equivalent quality, strong enough to protect the item during transport.
✔ The item must be well cushioned, using paper, cardboard or other protection to prevent any movement or shock.
✔ No items should be returned loose or in a single bag: fragile items must be carefully packaged.

Important tips:

– Choose a shipping method with tracking and proof of deposit.
– You are responsible for the condition of the product until it is received by the seller. If the product is returned broken due to poor packaging, the refund may be refused.

Once your request has been validated, we will send you the return address of the creator concerned and assist you with the process.
