Dimensions

With its dimensions of 60 cm in height and 50 cm in width, this work fits perfectly into intimate spaces, bringing a light and airy note to your decoration.

Materials and Finishes

Created with handmade liquid charcoal and on canvas, stretched on a wooden frame and framed by a black wooden frame, this creation plays on the softness of the contrasts between the intense black of the charcoal and the subtle touches of color on the macaws in full flight.
In a sky overlooking the wild forest, the acrylic-painted macaws rise gracefully, carrying a message of hope and freedom.

The Art of Know-How

Each of the artist's gestures is designed to capture the fragile moment when nature breathes, when wings unfold, evoking a silent poetry. The charcoal technique, combined with a refined composition, offers a visual depth that invites escape and letting go.

Artistic approach

"Rencontre illustrates a fascinating ritual of nature: the morning gathering of parrots near a waterfall. In this vibrant place, males and females come together to seduce, sing, and dance, proudly revealing the beauty of their feathers. Some will leave as a couple, others will remain solitary, but all participate in this instinctive choreography where rhythms, colors, and songs blend together.
Through this work, the artist captures the living energy of moments of seduction in nature, where each movement becomes a language, and each encounter, a possible promise."

Sustainability

Respect for the Environment

Handcrafted from natural charcoal, this work showcases a simple, chemical-free material used in its purest form. Paired with a high-quality medium (canvas or thick paper), it reflects a discreet commitment to simple, direct, and respectful art.

Natural Longevity

Thanks to its controlled application and, if necessary, a light fixative, charcoal retains its depth and expressive power. A living but stable material, which inscribes the artist's gesture over time, without alteration.

Regular Cleaning

Do not touch the surface of the work directly. To remove dust, use a soft air blower or a very soft, dry brush, without applying pressure. Never use water or a damp cloth, as charcoal is fragile to friction.

Protection of the Work

Keep the piece away from direct light and moisture. For paper formats, it is recommended to protect the work under glass to avoid contact or alteration. Avoid prolonged exposure near sources of heat or extreme cold.
